thank you for sharing so much about your life. do not worry about the English, it’s quite good and I love to read your posts. good luck on your tour. I worked behind the scenes in live performance for many years and know how hard it is to tour and put yourself out on stage

Hi thank you for your nice comments and thank you Marcy for this nice picture of Cologne combined with my photo. Actually I live close to the cathedral and the smaller church left on the picture which is called “Gross St. Martin” It is about almost 300 years older than the more famous cathedral. Also a very nice place in the old town. In the heard of this city we have a lots of gay bars and so it is quite easy to go out as a crossdresser. I prefer going out as Susanne the gay bars even though until now I didn’t get in trouble because there are so many “unnormal” people here so the “normal” people are used to that. But I feel more comfortable. A couple of weeks ago I went to eat in a restaurant and there was a guy who always stared at me all the time even though he was there with his wife. I mean he was nice and didn’t say anything but it was somehow embarrassing especially in front of his wife.
Yesterday I met my friend Carolyn from Ohio. She is a TS who lives since a long time in Switzerland. We met the very first evening when I went out in a dress in a bar which unfortunately does not exist anymore where for over 30 years they had travesty show every night 7/7. And I have never gone there until then even though the place is just 1 1/2 minute from my flat. But in June 2005 I could not hold it back any longer. I drove t store specialised for transgenders and bought my first utilities: wig, boobs, shoes, panty and a dress. And I went to the famous and infamous bar named “Timp”. I looked like a scare crow. I had no idea about make up.The dress looked like a candy paper and the boobs were super big absolutely ridiculous but I didn’t care. I felt like new born. And I stayed up until 6 o’clock in the morning and was just happy. I don’t know how many beers I might have drunken but that was absolutely unimportant. This very evening I met Carolyn and we became close friends. At this time she also made her first steps in public and meanwhile she is operated and had also a FFS.
Whenever she is in town we meet in a bar just next door to “Timp” (of course a gay bar). We have already a small community of transgenders and friends and meeting point is this bar called Baustelle 4U. http://www.baustelle4u.de/
Whenever one of you intends to come to Cologne in this bar you are always welcome either as a man or as a lady.
So far best wishes and till soon
    Susanne

Hi Susanne, wow thank for your lovely story and all the amazing details. Sounds like Germany is a place any crossdresser would feel at home. I will add it to my wish list for sure. Cologne seems like a very nice tolerant place where we gurls can be our self’s and party out on the town. It never occurred to me that Europe was so open until now. Thank you for sharing so much and hopefully more soon.

hi I would recommend you master the art of makeup and trying different hair styles to see which ones give you most feminine look. You can also try the program on the site which walks you thru a lot of the common feminization tricks and tips most cd’s would need. Hair removal from the face can also work wonders and of course there is cosmetic surgery, which can be costly but has permanent results. In most cases the right attitude, makeup and hairstyle will do wonders!
